Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within the U.S.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office.
Current Processing Time: 1-14 business days

Shipping Time: How long it will take your order to arrive once dropped off at the post office.
Shipping Time 3-8 business days.
Do we offer refunds?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible lost or stolen packages.
If your package is returned, due to an incorrect address, you will have to cover shipping costs for your order to be reshipped. I am NOT responsible for ANY packages that are sent to the wrong address, the address that you type is the address that your package will be sent to. If you accidentally put the wrong address please EMAIL (communications@kingscases.com) ASAP within the first 24 hours I understand we all make mistakes. Please understand that I am NOT responsible for packages after shipping them out to the address you typed if your package says it’s been delivered but you say it hasn’t please contact USPS I cannot control packages after they leave my hands. Under no circumstances will buyers remorse be considered for refunds.

What is there is an issue with the product?
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email (communications@kingscases.com) Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
